madalinsierra What was the problem? I took lots of pictures of the items and was descriptive. I showed flaws and said weather it was worn, like new, great, or good condition. I described the sizes and everything. I even made you a bundle to save you money even though you had already purchased it for more. I take pride in my ratimgs, and indeed like four stars is very unjust.

sheepish114 @msgleason I give 5 star ratings all the time. This time I happened to give a 4 star rating because the Columbia sweatshirt was said to have some unnoticeable spots weren't even seen until it was photographed. However, when I put it on, the first thing I noticed was the three large spots on the front. I'm not even going to be able to where this in public.

sheepish114 @msgleason I did appreciate your bundling very much, and I didn't feel a 4 star was totally unacceptable given the fact I was unhappy. But now, I almost feel like I should lower my rating even further due to the way you approached me.When I'm happy with a Posh purchase, I will buy from the seller multiple times.

sheepish114 @msgleason Had I sold you an item that you were unhappy with, I'd expect you to rate me the same way. Although, I'd never attack you with such an obviously angry message like this. For a new seller, I don't think that's a very good way to start. Most sellers would try to see what they could do to fix it, not blatantly inform their buyer that they are irritated with their feedback.

madalinsierra @sheepish114 I apologise for making you feel attacked by my message, as that was not my intention in any way. It is difficult to relay emotion and tone of voice in a message, and I was sad and upset, but not angry with you. That is why I messaged you...I honestly did not know what I had done wrong and it is very important to me that my customers are happy. I did not see the spots and I sincerely apologize. I wouldn't have posted the item if I had and I feel terrible.

I was just honestly taken aback that you came at me in what appeared to me as angrer rather than trying to be helpful and you made no offer to try to make it right. madalinsierra @sheepish114 Also, I am not sure what is fair for the credit amount either. The price agreed upon for the bundle of four items was $22, which was already $8 less than my asking price. My profit was only slightly over $17 for all four items. What do you feel is fair?

sheepish114 @msgleason I'm sorry your profit was only 17.00, but it wouldn't have been even that much if I'd known the sweatshirt wasn't wearable, because I wouldn't have purchased it to begin with. So from my side of this.. You got paid for an item and I got no item for that money. By my math, the bundle was 22.00 for 4 items, and that item was the most expensive of them all. Twice as expensive as 2 of the 4 items. To be continued: wait two minutes please.

sheepish114 @msgleason With the discount, I received about 25% off. 25% off the 12.00 sweatshirt is 3 dollars off. I'd appreciate a minimum of 8.00 credit in your closet. All you have to do is write my username down somewhere, and note the amount of credit I'm owed. When I find an item I will comment on it to remind you of the credit I'm owed before I buy or offer. I hope this works for you.
