cassideeee @colleenbugz oh sorry, I usually let the seller know, guess I forgot... it isn't 14k and is made by Speidel which works with stainless steel and gold toned stainless steel. The marking on speidel is on the inside of the band, very light, but there.

cassideeee @colleenbugz I don't think you can do anything once it's been shipped, that's why I had to let posh know what happened. And if they approve it then they'll email me a return shipping label and once you receive the bracelet back, then they'll refund my money.
