harleymom99 Sent your item DAYS ago. Just checked tracking and the idiots at USPS routed it thru OREGON! No idea what is going on but priority mail is insured. I am sorry u do not have yet. Let me know if they lose it! I will keep on it too. It is addressed with poshmark label.

iamcdnliz @cassidysk I’ve requested a refund for you through Posh since you were not 100% satisfied. We don’t have pets so I’m unsure of where the “pet hair” came from. I feel terrible though so I hope Posh processes a refund for you. Thank you for providing feedback! I typically only sell bags which are a magnet for any kind of hair and not had any complaints. Once again, I’m terribly sorry and I’m trying to make it right! Hopefully the refund processes quickly. Take care!

Maybe the hair came from wherever you got the bag and it wasn’t noticeable until it got stuck on the cosmetics during travel. They were black and white/gray little ones. Thanks for reaching out!!
