Sent your item DAYS ago. Just checked tracking and the idiots at USPS routed it thru OREGON! No idea what is going on but priority mail is insured. I am sorry u do not have yet. Let me know if they lose it! I will keep on it too. It is addressed with poshmark label.

@cassidysk I’ve requested a refund for you through Posh since you were not 100% satisfied. We don’t have pets so I’m unsure of where the “pet hair” came from. I feel terrible though so I hope Posh processes a refund for you. Thank you for providing feedback! I typically only sell bags which are a magnet for any kind of hair and not had any complaints. Once again, I’m terribly sorry and I’m trying to make it right!

@iamcdnliz Thank you!! You did not have to do that, but I do appreciate it. Maybe the hair came from wherever you got the bag and it wasn’t noticeable until it got stuck on the cosmetics during travel. They were black and white/gray little ones. Thanks for reaching out!!
