keirster Not sure how much you check this. I am new to Posh as a seller and have a LOT of questions, but no number to call. I recently had a BIG purchase by a mew Posher, It is a $295 item and I am reluctant to ship it without someone at Posh confirming payment. What do I do? Is the anyone I can call at all?

curatedfouryou @keirster they don’t have a number, only email support. I would say you are fine to ship it, but make sure you stand in line at the post office and get a receipt after they scan it in. You may want to take a photo of you putting in the box you’re going to mail it in, just for backup for yourself. But really, once it’s scanned you should be ok.

keirster @curatedfouryou thank you, so they pay when they purchase then? I have a mercuri item that was delivered a week ago to a new buyer for $115 and still haven’t been paid. I guess I am Leary about a co Lang without phone support. It seems unamerican, lol. I just do t want to get screwed out if my money. Have you ever seen that happen with Posh?

curatedfouryou @keirster yes if you got the shipping label then that means they paid! Posh just sort of holds the fund. Same with the other platform, the buyer has 3 days to inspect and rate the item. After it’s been delivered for 3 days, they will release your money to you.

curatedfouryou @keirster ive not ever seen that happen. I have however seen scammers report that they got a different item; item was damaged; etc when it actually wasn’t.
