katrincloset Hi, I am not sure why you gave me a one star? The packaging is usually my most popular feedbacks I have sold so many of this ring with no problem, there was no black spot on it, it was with tag attached and in a original factory plastic bag, I took pictures before shipping and I have all the pictures, this was not fair, you could of just opened a case and ask for a return
