@esheawj22 it has been 12 days since I purchased these. The website says I get a full refund if item took more than 7 days to ship. I would like a full refund and a prepaid label to ship my item back.

@cassiebscott I apologize for the insane inconvenience I had a death in the family and realize how unprofessional it is to neglect my sales I did the best I could to ship it and it should arrive tomorrow or tonight by the latest. But, poshmark doesn't do returns or refunds if the item has already been shipped they only do refunds if the item hasn't been shipped and you cancel the order yourself

You can call poshmark support but they typically don't cover shipping mishaps if there's an alternative way to contact you I can pay you for your shipping costs but as far as I know that's the extent of a refund that I can do :/ I genuinely am really sorry.

@cassiebscott yes I can't do anything about it, you have to file it with poshmark immediately they will send you everything to send them back and refund you

Filing with them is easy and they'll send you everything to send them back you just have to do it within 3 days of arrival. I'm sincerely sorry it didn't work out and for failing to deliver on my part.

You have to state that they weren't as described as the main problem or they won't refund you because they won't do it for shipping issues. I'm an 8.5 and they fit me perfectly because vans run big but I'm sorry they don't fit you

Obviously I am to blame and I'm extremely sorry for all of the hassle. Poshmark will take care of it all

@esheawj22 an 8 would fit me perfectly. You sent a women’s 7.5 even though it’s said in your description it was an 8. I will call posh mark tomorrow and whatever the two of you have to do, I will be getting my money back.

the case is in review and they should refund you considering you are in the right. if they don't i will find a way to refund your money alternatively.
