ducksarecool92 @raffaelnyc hi!! omg I can't believe they haven't gotten there yet I'm so sorry! I just checked the tracking and the last thing it says is that it's shipping to the next facility and that was on the 5th. I suggest speaking to someone and have your tracking number when you call. I'm thinking it's probably backed up, I'll see what I can find out as well
