What’s written under the order # for customer name? I can’t read it & I can’t enlarge it either? That doesn’t look like my closet name? I’m wondering if someone duplicated my account & my return shipping address for a while other account! This is my huge concern that it’s a fake account & I may lose customers because of it & bad customer service or people being ripped off?!? 😳😳🤯🤯

@aliciam68 no it's your full name and address that's why I blurred it out as well as mine it doesnt have your closet name. The only reason I went to you is cause the only thing I have bought on poshmark is from you and was the frame. I contacted support and they were clueless asking me for an order number. I tried explaining to them I dont have an order number the order number is the one from the frame not from the headphones. So I guess I will sit and wait.

@csassy818 the order number is on that shipping label plus the buyer’s closet name. It’s in the right hand side just under the bar code mid label. It’s after the top kart where it says 2 or 3 day priority shipping then yet has on the left, my name, then in the right is that information ℹ️ on the right; then below is your shipping info.

@csassy818 I don’t know then. We’ve done everything we can on our end. It looks like Poshmark majorly screwed this one up, single handedly on their end! I will have to pursue this further with them to make certain my account hasn’t been hacked because of this incident!!! 😳😖😫

@aliciam68 yes I agree completely. I think this is all on poshmark at this point. I just hope all your other sales are correct. Sorry for all the confusion I had hoped it was a quick fix but not the case.
