crystgirl I'm truly sorry that the Eyeshadow palette came damaged.. I did make sure the Eyeshadow palette wasn't able to move, inside of the box it was sipped in.. unfortunately I see, that still just wasn't enough, I'm sincerely & truly sorry this happened... I see that you've decided to keep the Eyeshadow palette, could you please complete the order so I can get to the money, so I can get some groceries.. truly appreciate it & once again truly sorry
