thecashmerecat @csaulan So I contacted the post office again. They cannot locate it. I have to wait until 15 days to file a claim with USPS. Posh said to let them know by the 24th if still not received and they will begin the process on their end to refund you. Very sorry this has happened. I hope it doesn't discourage you from using Posh in the future. I have never had this happen before so it is strange to me.
