Dear Cat. I have shipped your work to cocktail pants last Monday 4 of December and haven’t had any notifications on shipping yet. At this point I think they are lost. I’m going to wait 5 more days like Usps suggested and the send a claim form. You can cancel this order so you can have your money back from Poshmark. But please if you get them let me know.

Poshmark sent me a notification that you did not like the pants. So you got the pants? I was about to summit a form to Usps for a lost item. Please let me know if you got them or they might of misunderstood you when you tried to cancel the order

My guess is that because of the way I had to request the cancellation last night in the app- the system generated email to you was confusing & I’m certainly sorry the situation was misrepresented to you. Last night I’d sent to Poshmark support, an email with a screenshot of the USPS lost item ticket status from the tracking page, as well as a screenshot

t with your authorization to cancel the item based on the lost package status, and asked that the order be cancelled. Since the package has already shipped, there is no default option within the Poshmark app to cancel based on length of time it takes to get to the buyer after shipment, so I had to submit a special request to Poshmark support.

I’m happy to provide to you a screenshot of what I’d sent to them for your peace of mind. In the off chance the package shows up after Christmas- I will alert you immediately and either ship it back to you or have you list it again so that I may complete payment again. I was very excited about the pants and very sad they’re lost. 🙁
