50minutemermaid @trigge hey there - an update: since I haven't been using the bag after it's last wash I've discovered the zipper is damaged. I am reaching out to Rothy's to see if they can replace it (probably need proof of purchase). When I find out more I will let you know. You're welcome to take it "as is" and I'll take the price down some, or I can pursue fixing it with the intention to sell & ship to you as soon as it's repaired. Just let me know!

50minutemermaid @trigge hey there - just an update on the poppy crossbody. Rothy's doesn't do repairs (🤷‍♀️😒) so I'll be taking the next repair step. As I mentioned, it'll bring the price up some but I'll reach out to you when it's finished.
