catintherain @amybernardo I mistakenly thought the items would be vintage, even though the ad specified they were new. I apologize for that part and added 1 extra star to my rating. However, a Google Images search shows that the items can be found on Aliexpress, Shein, and Temu, with the exact same pictures as you posted, at a fraction of the price. Not a crime, but I think we can agree these sites are not known for "high quality" merchandise, as you said in your response message.

amybernardo @catintherain I didn’t claim they were “high” quality. The quality is good though. I made zero profit on the sale and you were given two additional gifts. You paid $22 for a boxed and wrapped necklace and earrings with the extras. I’m really not sure what you expected to receive. Obviously your expectations are unrealistic. I am still proceeding with the case against you.
