ckdeck HI. I just bought the stone colored Journee ankle boots. I normally wear a size 8 or even 8.5 in boots so I thought I would be safe ordering the 8. They are probably a whole size too big. They have to be a size 9 even though they say 8. I don't understand. Is there any way to return them? I love them, they are in great condition but I won't be able to wear them. Thank you.

c_and_e @ckdeck Hi, I’m sorry to hear they sizing didn’t work but I don’t believe there is a return option after the order has been completed, which is 3 days after delivery. I’ve never had an issue before as approximate measurements are listed in photo. therefore, this is new to me. I believe Poshmark closes the transaction once the funds are released again which is 3days after delivery.
