kissedbycat @sammi0816 I complete understand and am so sorry about this! I thought I had locked it but I realized the pump is not the original pump, so I don’t think it could be locked. Poshmark should refund you. It’s a bummer because there’s still a lot of product remaining in the bottle and the purple shampoo didn’t have any damage.

sammi0816 The white bottle (milkshake kind)is half empty? And when I pulled it out to wash the bottle off, it had blue shampoo around the seal of cap, so I removed that and literally water dumped out of it. It had half shampoo and only maybe 1cup or half a cup of water dumped out. I wonder if they got frozen and then the pressure made them leak? I live in northern MI and it was -2 last night. It’s been only 10-16 degrees every day here for a few weeks now.

sammi0816 Not sure but it’s possible. I just got to thinking when u said the white bottle was still safe, because it’s half gone. The matrix big bottle does feel quite full (unless it’s ice in there:)) no really it seems heavy and okay atleast. I had to throw out quite a bit that I couldn’t collect from the plastic bag (I squeezed it to a corner at the bottom to try to save some BUT forgot it had a hole and the shampoo came out there next Thanks for help with Poshmark I appreciate the help
