buddhababe22 I appreciate your comments I would not have accepted an item that was not as described ever! I'm going to assume that' this seller sent exactly what I purchased & if it's one drop different I won't accept. It's unfortunate that you are unhappy hopefully you didn't accept the item if it was wrong

catellina I bought three items from her. Different dates, I should have got them all together, but I didnt because she was posting new things and I found them nice. So I thought, oh well its ok.

catellina Everything was in process for many days, finally I got just one item updated with a tracking number. Even If the fist item I got from her was a bag and that was still in process, I got a tracking number of a pair of shoes of the two pairs I got from her after the bag.

catellina I got them at home. I open the box and those weren't the shoes of the tracking number (neither the same price of course) but the other shoes. I thought, uhh thats weird. But since prices were different I couldnt accept them on Postmark so I open a case saying those weren't the shoes for that tracking number (even if they were the other pair I ordered)

catellina Also I couldnt describe to you how horrible horrible horrible the shoes and the box and everything smells. Seriously was too much, I had to leave the shoes outside in the balcony. I asked that person for this incident. Not even a word. One day later, I got another tracking number this time of the bag I got so I thought well finally the bag, the fist item that I got is on its way.

buddhababe22 So did you recieve both shoes and the bag (maybe she mixed up the tracking numbers with the items) and there was no offer to bundle items to save on shipping? Poshmark will back you up of the items were wrong or mixed up but with that said it kinda sucks cause you were counting on getting a specific item and thats not what you received. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt (not thinking thier goal was to rip me off) and maybe cause she is traveling she got stuff mixed up....

catellina Today the box arrived. I open it. There were the other pair of shoes instead of a 140$ bag. No signal of the bag but the tracking number is of the bag so Postmark says oh looks you got your item, accept it. I didnt I sent pictures of what I got, the pair of shoes. So everything was mixed up but the bag never got here.

catellina And suddenly I got a message in Postmark saying oh looks you got one pair of shoes (the first ones I got), well yeah, got them with the tracking number and price of others. Got others with the tracking number of a bag. So not sure what to do. I just reported everything and will see.

catellina everything very weird, very very weird. How could you mixed all the labels, I mean all of them not even one right when I got them in different days. And the shoes that still I wouldn't have received (which I did because there were wrong labeled) suddenly I got this msg saying oh it looks you got them today, accept. ???!! how that happened?? its a very weird situation, and we can't know anything bedcuase she doesn't answer anything to anybody.

buddhababe22 Just to let you know I received that yellow handbag from that seller & returned it to her. It smelled of cigarettes & had many stains & discoloration a due to her using it Even though her lusting said she had never carried it! Posh agreed & am shipping it back to her tomorrow she is not a good seller

catellina I am so sorry @buddhababe22 You can't imagine how much I regret too. But I am glad you will get your money back. I still dont have any money back, and never got the handbag I paid 140$. And yes, the two pair of shoes smelled so bad as I also told you before. I completely agree with you, not good seller and never answers anything. It is so sad to find people like that here.

cosmicrebirth I really wish you would have contacted me about the bralettes. The clothes were in storage for many months and I didn't smell anything funny prior to shipping. You accepted them and gave a high rating at first, so did you not catch this problem at first? You took the full time to accept them. Is it musty, smokey, ect? I am terribly sorry, this has never happened in all my years selling and I ask so I can check my other clothing.

I didnt do that and if I did was completely wrong maybe thinking it was another item I got that day, but I dont really remember to put any high rating on your bralettes by mistake. Smell is awful and noticeable since the very first moment, I wouldn't have gone wrong there at all, can assure you. @cosmicrebirth

catellina I cant believe you didnt notice, it seems cats peeing on them several times. In fact I washed them several several times with huge quantities of detergent and softer and still are smelling bad. It is unbelievable but of course I cant wear them and I should have claim for a refund and send them back to you. Thats what I should have done. I am terrible sorry too I didnt thou and about this situation. Anyways thanks a lot to take the time to answer. @cosmicrebirth

cosmicrebirth @catellina The order was accepted and released. Maybe poshmark did it for you after the 3 days you have to accept. I dont own ANY cats or animals. Never have they been in a home around cats or animals the entire time ive owned those bralettes. I am allergic to cats! I would have smelled cat pee if that was the case. I had sold a bralette to a different user days before you from the same batch and she DID NOT have those complaints.

cosmicrebirth @catellina If you smelled a problem from the moment you opened the package then you would have opened a case and obtained a refund instead of leaving a terrible review. If they truely smell, wash them in a bath of diluted vinegar/water and baking soda and it neutralizes odors. Honestly, im shocked. Clearly you need to work on your communication and people skills.
