@deesofia if you go to the far right settings icon on the bottom is should say ‘my sales’ it usually gives you the option to request new shipping label. Try that? If you’re still having issues maybe contact them, let them know what happened and see if you can get a new label?

I already know it’s not the item purchased but for sake of evidence, would you be ok with me opening and snapping a picture for the return? I think you’ll also get a copy of my return info!

@deesofia Hi! So I submitted to Poshmark the package details. It sounds like once they review they will send me a return label to ship back to you, possibly with a refund. Depends on how they wish to proceed. I would still love the jumpsuit, so I will touch base again once I hear back!:)
