The platform here works such that if a customer needs to speak to you about one of your items, they can do so on this platform. I've come to understand that thos comments are spammers. eternalsunsales I have gotten a few requests like that on my items, but the individuals never liked the item. So I assume that it is a scam. Also, if they want to see more pictures, you can always post more on the site. I wouldn't deal with customers outside of the platform personally.
