@ckoja i am deeply sorry for not shipping your sweater. I had 2 deaths - one from liver cancer and another from an accidental overdose. We have been beside ourselves with grief. I’m so sorry for not getting back to you. I also could not print out your shipping info until this morning. I’m very upset at how this was handled. I apologize for any inconvenience and lack of communication on my part. I completely understand your cancellation.
