catherinegd @rb_4luxury it’s been dropped off. I work at World Trade Center and at times the postal service is slow due to the scanning and security procedures, but I cannot do anything at this point because it’s out of my hands. It can take time, but I’d wait until tomorrow

rb_4luxury @catherinegd the product is rancid...has a terrible foul odor and clearly is expired product. I have used this line for years and this is clearly not safe to use due to the rancid smell.

rb_4luxury @catherinegd I spoke to the manufacturer, and it’s true after long shelf life and no use the product could go rancid....with march 2018 exp date , this product was produced approx 3 years ago...if you indeed purchased six months ago as you stated, you should return the product for a full refund. It’s not safe to use with this odor...
