millercat @bargainwithtt hi!! I did a "healthy lifestyle" self-makeover in January-I stopped drinking all alcohol (wine has tons of calories 😞) and cut out most sweets. I also am really watching carbs and just portions of food that I eat. I also try to walk/run a mile 3-4 times a week. I do a bit of arm weight work (not too much!). I try to walk my dog as much as I can too! I also just try to keep a positive attitude and have dark chocolate regularly!! 😊

millercat You will do it!!! Just be persistent and have that positive attitude! Also-buying a "goal" dress or piece of clothing in a size that is a couple away from where you are at now helps for motivation!
