loreenny @claansma that is not what they said. They told me that skincare is a prohibited item and therefore, you can return it even tho u know what u bought.

claansma @loreenny that's not the claim I put in. I provided pictures of the expiration dates and asked if I could keep the other items and they said the entire order had to be sent back. Again.. Not trying to offend but I wasn't expecting the items to be expired.
