clawrence1959 @drjprettyplus Hello! I sold an item and followed the instructions for the label. How do I print the label and communicate with the buyer!? Haha! Good problem to have but don't want to screw up my first sale.

drjprettyplus @clawrence1959 The label will be emailed directly to you. Download the label from your email, print it and tape it to a USPS priority mail box. Those boxes are available for free at your local post office. You may also go to the USPS.com website and order additional boxes. It’s always a good idea to send a thank you note and package your item nicely, maybe add some tissue paper or a bow.

clawrence1959 Hi. I am so sorry. When I saw the package was delivered I posted feedback because it was SO fast! It was supposed to be a surprise for a friend who has been trying to buy it for you. She received a box with three perfumes in it from you. I have no idea what is happening, just that what she received was someone else s order and she didn't receive the Lizzy bag I bought.
