I have another item that was shipped out (Gray Lululemon harem pants) that are not showing shipped or even scanned. I sent both items out on the same day. I have an item I BOUGHT here saying delivered but I’ve not received the item. I am SO SORRY! If you’ve received any item will u please let me know so I can get it to the poor gal who purchased it? I’ll let you know ASAP what the darn problem is! Thanks so much

jesicakantner @ktoneill84 hey there! I haven’t heard anything and the post office said the item shows shipped and delivered!? Ugh. I’m worried that the Lululemon’s I sent got crossed with the shoes! I also can’t pull up yours or the other persons shipment address to cross check (the post office asked where I shipped to!) what a mess! I’m heading back down today and will follow up with ya when I get back! So sorry!!!

jesicakantner @ktoneill84 hey there, I submitted a “issue with order inquiry” stating that the item is saying delivered but was not with Poshmark. The same thing happened to me when I bought something this week and it came Saturday! I am so sorry!!! I will let you know if there is any news at all as soon as they respond. I honestly assumed that when I reported the item to Poshmark they canceled the transaction and I assumed that your funds were returned to you because the item was not received or accepted. I reported an issue and thought the transaction was canceled! I see now it’s not. I’m so sorry!

jesicakantner @ktoneill84 I assumed (my fault!) that the transaction was canceled and you were refunded for the purchase!!!! I reported the item as the seller and TOLD them it is not tracking and NOW neither of us have the item! I’ll call them this afternoon and get this sorted this afternoon and I promise I’ll get back to you ASAP! I’d be so angry if I were you too!!! I’m aggravated as it reflects on my Posh stats AND there is an item of mine (yours you paid for) out in space? Ugh

jesicakantner I just got home and the darn package is on my doorstep!!! I don’t know what the deal was (says wrong address) return to sender... but I’ll ship it tomorrow and copy photos etc for you! I’m going to see what the problem was and why it seemed to not be tracked at all and I’ll let you know. I am so sorry!

It’s fine now that the shoes were returned to me (sent yesterday) no tracking because they were already sent in Poshmark system... but I’m curious as to how they handle these thing in general now.
