thea229 Hello! I bought something from you yesterday evening, and I just received a message from Poshmark saying it has been delivered. I then went into the USPS app and it says it has been “Delivered to an Agent” while still being in AZ. I’m not sure what this means… do you have any idea? Thx

I have another Poshmark shipment as well as another one from a different selling app that I dropped off at the post office this morning with yours that are saying the same thing. I’m not sure what to do but I’m going to reach out to Poshmark support right away. There has to be some glitch with the USPS tracking.

sonoranresale @thea229 I just messaged Poshmark support. I’m concerned that it is a glitch and once it’s fixed the 3 day window for you to accept your purchase will have passed and you will have no recourse if you are unhappy with the shirt.

I assumed it was a glitch as well, and I do trust you as a seller, but I still hope this can be resolved as I don’t wish to “accept” something that has never actually been delivered. I will reach out to Poshmark support on my end as well in hopes of receiving a quicker reponce. Thank you again for your help.
