catzamutter @olivershoping Since the order has already been shipped and delivered, you will have to go to your purchase section and request a return. I’m still new to poshmark so I’m not sure how that works, but there should be directions there or a way to contact poshmark support.

catzamutter @olivershoping no problem! I almost ordered something accidentally the other day myself. I sent them a message too, it’s my first return so it can be a learning experience for both of us. I’m just glad it’s not because there was a problem with the tie! There is a free charm I sent with the order and you are welcome to keep it if you would like ☺️

olivershoping Hi I just sent email to poshmark support about the tie issue sorry. I just Open today the package and the tie was so bad half way down in every white spot stain so yellow is look like he was in the racing tabasco events Lol. I sent some pictures to get the approval refund and thank you for the present take care in your business.

catzamutter There were no stains on the tie when it was sent. The cards on the tie are intentionally suppose to appear aged, I don’t know if that’s what you are calling stains, but I am very careful with my items and they are kept in sealed plastic bags from the time I take photos. I am sorry you accidentally placed an order you didn’t want but I don’t appreciate lies being told about items I sell and posted for everyone to see just so you could get poshmark to agree to give you your refund.
