serenaboxwell I have received several of my purchases in boxes!! And there was nothing wrong with any of the products; I am not quite sure why this is “ not good” for you? Also you waited several days before you excepted your package. I have never had a complaint about using boxes, this is my first. I myself have gotten many things in boxes and don’t feel that there is anything wrong with that! Sorry you are unhappy about the packaging; I mailed it out quickly so you could receive it in a timely manner
