Hi Catherine. You messaged me earlier asking about how the private discount and shipping worked. I was at work so my answer wasn’t the best. What happens is, I sent you a private discount on the price of the item only. Your shipping cost would still be 12.99 in addition to the cost of the purse. You can either accept, decline or counter offer.I hope this is more clear. 😊
