catherinearm823 @ginijack Hi Gini, Sorry your confused and disappointed on rating and yes all those things you mentioned are correct. As I’m very new to this not sure the rating system. I expect all posh orders to be sent quickly since it says order shipped out in 1 -3 days and shipped nicely. When I get a package w just my item I give 3 stars, 4 when all the things you did, 5 well above what I expected. The last several weeks I’ve order much some give extra 🎁 gifts and the packaging was done with much care
