Hi, Catherine. Thank you for purchasing the Brighton Pink Ribbon bracelet from me. When I got it out to get ready to ship, I broke it and the charms fell off. I am so sorry and I am going to cancel the order and send it to you free of charge. I want to make sure you have a Brighton store near you, though. They will reattach them free of charge. If you don’t have one I can take it to one near me but it will take a few days. Please let me know what you would like to do. Kim
