Hi, Catherine. Thank you for purchasing the Brighton Pink Ribbon bracelet from me. When I got it out to get ready to ship, I broke it and the charms fell off. I am so sorry and I am going to cancel the order and send it to you free of charge. I want to make sure you have a Brighton store near you, though. They will reattach them free of charge.
