Poshmark has listed the brown pants you purchased as delivered however in wondering if you received them. I just received shipping label from Jacksonville post office saying item may have been lost. Please decline acceptance if you didn’t receive them so your money will not be released from your account to mine. I am so very sorry. I have never had this happen before.

I am so very sorry 😐 I have never had this happen before. They were shipped in a separate box from blue jacked as same time and jacket was delivered but I’ve been watching tracking on pants and was wondering what happened.

@bjashmore - the pants have not arrive. I'm sorry I didn't answer sooner. I was away for the holiday. Do you want to wait a few days to see if they show up or if they get returned to you? I could really use the pants. Just let me know what you want me to do. I love the sweater and thanks so much for the cute little gift.

Hi I truly think the pants were lost😥I'm not sure how with the way I package items but I received the address label with your name cut from the box I shipped to you with paperwork to file a claim. Poshmark has notified me they were delivered which I know was wrong.

I emailed them and told them what happened. Payment is still listed as pending so please get on poshmark and decline acceptance as they will automatically put payment into my account after 3 days which may be tomorrow. If by chance that happens I will send you a refund. I really hate this has happened because the pants were new and really nice. Thank you so much glad you like the jacket!!

Good morning I just wanted to check and see is poshmark reached out to you about refunding your money for the lost pants? I have emailed them several times and noticed I still have $7.07 in my account that has not been taken put. I have emailed them several times and in the last message from them they said they would contact you and refund your money .

Hi Cathi, I was able to send you your offer request last night for the New Black capri pants.
Since I"m new to poshmark, I checked with Poshmark and found out...When a seller offers, a buyer only has 24 hours to accept. If not accepted the offer cannot be submitted again for 90 days.
