@cathiehaynes I am so sorry about the condition of the box when it got to you. I bought it brand new at a UPS store and taped it securely. Please send me pictures of the condition of the box. I have the receipt from the USPS and wonder if there’s anything they could do to help. Maybe I could send the pictures to their customer service. Hopefully, the boots are just fine, since they’re not fragile. Please let me know if you need anything.

I would contact UPS and ask what to do. I will hang on to the box and the boot until I get instructions from you. Upon closer inspection the box only had one piece of tape along the top seams and none on the side whereas the top was duct taped. How do I send photos? Again, please let me know what to do. Thanks.

@cathiehaynes that is so crazy!!! I’m not sure, I’ve never had this happen....is there a way to send a picture over this message? I will call USPS customer service and send them the pictures and see what can be done. I’ll also contact Poshmark support and see where we go from here. I hate that you don’t have the boots. They’re really pretty!

I just emailed Poshmark support to make sure this is handled correctly and how to proceed from here. I’ll put a call into the postal service. Again, my apologies! I’ll continue to update you. But I assume you’ll just be refunded your money, unless they somehow find the boot?
