cupcakes016 @cathrynbrowning Hi Cathryn, each seller's listings are different. The listing itself would state if it is new with tags next to the name of the item (it would show NWT). If the seller does not show the actual picture of the item, you can request it from them to post it. A good seller will be happy to, and ones that dont reply I typically dont purchase from.

cupcakes016 @cathrynbrowning you can communicate with a seller either by posting a comment on the listing itself, or if you want to inquire privately, you can add the item to a bundle and theres an option to comment where only the seller will see. 🙂
