cathywag @rebeccam464 I did this earlier today also. I shared a jewelry set that you have, using the share key. A screen popped up asking me whom to share it with. No one person. My followers or other social media. How do I send it to you? Sorry, I’m just not gets it.

heather_tillman I know I’m new to this but I have 100% positive feedback because I know at least how to ship immediately. Tracking said you received item days ago & now you’re saying you never received. I’m really confused. You could’ve reached out to me rather than making it sound like I took your money & didn’t send you anything. This really upsets me!

cathywag I received the pj bottoms today, I have no idea where they have been. Shipping was great with a card. Rating is. 5, mail system. 3 or 4.

cathywag I never got them until a few minutes ago. I came straight to the phone to correct my rating. The pj’s are great the mail system is questionable. How or why liked was entered I do not know. Thank you, and best wishes on Posh.

cathywag I have notified Posh that they came today. I had asked they stop payment and they sent a note it was being reversed. I told them they came today, no fault of yours but of our mailing system. Let’s both make sure that you received your correct payment. A huge mess. It took seven days from the date that you shipped for them to get here. I’m so sorry this happened! You are a great Posh Person! Keep at it!

cathywag I’m sorry if I upset you, I just didn’t have the merchandise. I’m really new at this. I feel so bad because looking back you are the person who gave me great advice when I started. I liked the item in error, it was not delivered to me until late today. Which I love them!! Posh has started a refund process, I sent them notification that they came today. I promise you will get your money, I’m just waiting on Posh. Again I’m sorry I did not contact you first.
