organicgirly @cathyn475 Hi Cathy, I just saw your rating right now. I’m so sorry that you’ve been ill these past days. I was horrified to see that you commented that the item was damaged 😱 I have never sent out an item that was damaged, and I would never do that to any customer. I have no idea how that would have happened during shipping because I shipped it in the original Kendra Scott UPS box & gift box 🤷‍♀️ I am so sorry that happened 😭 Can you describe the damage to me?

cathyn475 @organicgirly One of the dangling pieces is broken. I have no idea how it could have happened either. I know it would not have been shipped if it was damaged. That’s why I think it happened somehow in shipping. It was all still in the original box. So I really don’t know. I wish there was a place foe me to send you a picture of it. Do you think I could take it to a Kendra Scott store and get it fixed?

organicgirly @cathyn475 OMG 😱!!!! I cannot believe it?!? That is so bizarre! How in the world that could’ve broken off I don’t know? It was absolutely perfect when I shipped it out. Yes, it is possible if you go into the store they could help you. The boutique store here in Boca Raton Florida has always been very nice to me

cathyn475 @organicgirly I took it out of the package and was so shocked 😳 Our mail lady throws mail around all the time. So it would not surprise me if that’s how it happened, but everything was so neatly packaged, I just don’t know. I’ll contact the closest store to me and see. Thank you so much.
