Hi Cathy. I’m sorry to hear about your box issue. The box was not damaged on my end, it was a brand new perfect box. The shoes were also in mint condition, basically new. I apologize but unfortunately I think most of that had to do with the shipping company! I’m sorry about that! Hopefully you can still enjoy them!

You do realize that I shipped your shoes out in a very timely manner. The post office is extremely backed up right now, due to the coronavirus, defunding, and the holidays. I know you are rather new to poshMark, but ratings are based on my customer service, MY Ship time, packaging etc. NOT the post office. I don’t work for the post office.
