cathyg1978 I am still new here but I would like to know how it’s possible that I sold somebody a brand new pair of Pandora earrings never worn there brand new and they receive them and make a claim to return them because they’re broken and Stones are ripped out of them thislady took my brand new earrings and put a claim in to return her old broken damaged ones so I’m getting earrings back of somebody else’s broken earrings
