andrealane1984 Hello thank you for your purchase. When I went to print the label from the dress your purchased with me you already accepted the order. I'm unable to get the label printed. I tried to reach out to poshmark support.

andrealane1984 Hello I opened a case and said that I shipped the wrong item I didn't ship the wrong item I just need you to open a case and say that you never got your item because when you accidentally accepted it wouldn't let me print the label.

cathyott56 @andrealane1984 Hi they said i should wait until 5/10 and not receive until i actually have my item, I dont know how it got delivered.

andrealane1984 @cathyott56 only thing I can think of doing is either waiting like they said or do you want to purchase something from my closet and I will send it that way. Idk how else to do it.

cathyott56 @andrealane1984 Now their support is telling me that if the seller has an issue to reach out to their support. I think the only thing to do is refund the transaction. I will re purchase and you can print new label.

andrealane1984 @cathyott56 I have never we had this happen before. I've been posting for quite sometime. Unfortunately I can't really do anything on my end since you accepted the purchase and it states delivered. That's not on my end. Wish I could help more.

andrealane1984 @cathyott56 i'm not sure if you have sold a lot on here but once the buyer says it's been delivered I can't touch it sorry I'm trying my best to do everything I can but unfortunately it's not on my end. Please keep me posted if you hear anything else I'll reach out again sorry I have a very busy day with it being Mother's Day. I'm really trying my best that's why I reached out to you right away when I saw that it said you accepted it and it was delivered.

andrealane1984 @cathyott56 I am unable to just refund I wish I could and it was that easy. The money is still pending I haven't touched it but I can't do anything with it, as far as a refund. I can't use that same label because it already shows with that tracking that it was delivered.

andrealane1984 @cathyott56 every time I try to cancel the order it says that the order has been delivered unfortunately that's not on my end you excepted the order on the app with Poshmark. Sorry so many messages and only lets me put a little at a time and I'm using talk to text.
