@cathyhaulton Hi Cathy, When you receive your bracelet,it has a special latch, a little gold button to unlatch the bracelet.You slide your nail under gold button, it unlatches the clasp.
Don't try to just pull it apart, it's not designed to be pulled apart.
That's what the little gold button is for, you just slide your mail under the little button and it releases the clasp. Then you just push it together when it's on your wrist to latch it securely.
