threadedrenewal Hi there! I just saw your three star rating. I accurately listed the boots and did note that they had normal signs of wear, which means that they weren’t perfectly clean. Negative ratings can hurt our business on Poshmark and I hope you will reconsider. Have a great day.

ms_pinky @threadedrenewal Hi, this is not my first purchase on Poshmark, but I expect a certain standard even on used items. I stand by my rating and my comment, as it was not given lightly. The boot, yes, although you indicated natural wear, could’ve been cleaned up. My dispute is not in “wear” but on visible exterior dirt. Please consider this feedback on your next sale. If you’re not told, you’re not aware.

threadedrenewal @ms_pinky I’ve tried cleaning uggs in the past with water and soap and it leaves water stains. I do not have suede cleaner and I think the picture accurately depicts the item.
