peekabooyou Hi Cathy. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your Silpada necklace. This is considered retired vintage from 2006 Silpada catalog. I was a rep and it was a display piece. The retail was $89. Check ebay, and my price was competitive. Silpada sells/sold .925 sterling. To my knowledge it is .925 sterling. Have a nice day.

cathylm Your a very nice seller and I KNOW you are honest. I just find it so annoying today the quality or lack of in things. I can remember when it was different, and I am sure you can too. I know your price was very competitive because I did my homework. I have a background in making fine jewelry. I can't do it anymore because I am disabled and can't feel in my hands much. But I know and have the tools to test sterling and metal for quality and can tell it if it plated or solid. This was plated.

cathylm when i tested it.. the finish started to come...typical of plated. Today many retailers, reputable ones, sell things that are supposedly solid, which are not. I test all of my findings before making a piece. You would be surprised the things from reputable suppliers advertise as solid, are not. I will just replace the charms with something of better quality. You are a great seller.. bc you listen & are courteous. That means a lot. Have a great day. C

lzfoster257 Cathy, the FLOWING SKIRT I just sent you was in great shape, The rating you gave me was not fair as I stated in the description that the skirt had a drawstring and was adjustable. THEN on the white board in the photos I restated that the drawstring was ADJUSTABLE. PLEASE put the skirt on and pull the drawstring to make it fit your waist. ( it is snug but will move) I don’t want YOU or anyone else to think I am selling anything shoddy or worn out. Thanks

cathylm @lzfoster257 .... Btw, there was elastic in the waist and it snapped. That is why the only way to gather the waist is with the pull string. Do you think Coldwater creek makes skirts that only gather with a flimsy cotton drawstring? No they don't. This item and is in fact damaged despite your denial.

The post office accidentally scanned it wrong and it showed it was delivered back to me ( which it wasn’t). They tracked the package and said it was traveling to you and as soon as it gets to the next facility the tracking will be updated correctly.
