kazano @trilobite11 Hi there :) Was just checking up on your order. I see it arrived at your local USPS on Thursday, January 27th. Not sure if you requested the package for "pickup" but if you hadn't I'm unsure as to why it's not being delivered to your door. I'm worried it might get sent back to me if arrangements aren't made on your side to either pick it up or request it be delivered. This has never happened to me, my packages always get to the recipient. Let me know if you need my help! Best, Kay

trilobite11 @kazano no worries! we live in a very rural area, so there's no home usps delivery. all mail is held at the post office, but the lady who runs it is recovering from covid, and has been absent again the last few days, so there's no way to get our packages. the joys of country living, I guess!
