karenzheng The Kate Spade bracelet does have light scratches on it that's why the price is low...let me know if you still want it. It is not noticeable unless you examine it- check out the last picture.

karenzheng I just read up on it and I don't think I can, they will get back to your email and resolve it. Once that amount has been refunded, you can purchase the new one which I'm holding for you. Sorry for the inconvenience but I wanted to make sure you knew about the flaw of the other one.
