ashleemtucker @caylaclarkson so I contacted support and they stated they would look into it but it wasn’t within a certain amount of time from it being sent. I have tried contacting you as well but have not heard from you. I am unsure what I should do at this point.

shlynnthompson Hello, I was interested in your "Ruffled Scarf" which looks exactly like a scarf I lost a couple years ago. I purchased it, but a few hours later you canceled the order because you no longer had the item! Why would I be able to purchase it if it had already sold? I was the first to buy this item, so I hope you will consider letting me repurchase because I would love to have this item.
