raquellast Hi hun, I know sounds ridiculous... I have a problem, usually I always washed my items before shipping especially clothing and shoes’. But this morning when I washed your red sweater it gets some fuzzy. I would like to asked you if there’s any on my closet that you’d like as a replacement. But still I can send you the red sweater. Or you want me to cancel your order and so you can make another purchase. I’m really really so sorry for what happened ☹️ and for the inconvenience.
