333daisies Hi, glad you got in touch with me! I had no idea what to do & I am new to postmark. I tried to ship it back to you as a "return to sender" but the post office said bc my name and address were correct, I would have to pay to ship it back. I tried to look up your name on Facebook, but no luck and count find your poshmark username. I'm in Rome on my honeymoon and won't be back till march 29. I'm happy to ship it when I return if you can send me a label or pay the shipping fees.

333daisies Hey there, poshmark emailed me saying they had a shipping label for me, but there was no shipping label attached. I've reached out to them about four days ago--but haven't gotten a reply or label. I'm sure you are anxious to get these to your customer, so I thought I'd let you know. Ready to ship them now that I'm back in the country.

ginarr13 This is a nite mare. So you are shipping 3 pairs. 2 flats and the leopard platforms. I wish you had said something about receiving them when u knew u didn't order them. I know it is my mistake but it would of been nice. My return address was on label. They said they sent you label to ship. It is going to Texas.

333daisies The return address label was messed up in shipping so both your name and where it came from was obscured. In my first message to you I told you how I tried to find out who you were but couldn't track it down. Even in the midst of my planning, wedding, and honeymoon I've been willing to help and I'm letting you know now that I don't have the shipping label.

333daisies If there had been a full name or full address visible on the box there would have been a way to know more at the post office but I had limited information since the label was messed up. I was trying to guess the missing letters of your name, road, street, zip, etc. Ask Poshmark to resend the label, but until then, I have been more than helpful and done my part. @ginarr13

333daisies Finally got a reply from Poshmark and they sent me the label. I dropped it off at the post office (while it was snowing this morning). you're welcome. Next time don't lecture the person who is trying to help you fix your mistake. I put packing tape over the label, completely sealing it so it wouldn't get damaged or tear like last time.
