spainmindy I purchased a beautiful amethyst/peridot ring from you a few months back and it tarnished terribly when I did the dishes this evening. I’m searching online how to clean but having a hard time since this it was listed as sterling silver and 18k gold, neither of those should look like this. I can’t figure out how to attach a pic...Any advice??? Thanks!

jewerlyqueen @spainmindy That should not happen - that is a Lorenzo Ring. Do you have any silver polish or can you get some - the cream works the best. Rub it all around the ring and let it sit for a couple of minutes. You can use a soft toothbrush to gently buff the polish in - then rinse and dry with soft cloth. Please try it and let me know if that works. Never had that happen with any Lorenzo pieces before.
