elisjane Hey there! I’m so very sorry!! I just had to cancel your order. I let my daughter use this bag last weekend and she just told me that one of the hooks on the side for the crossbody completely ripped off. I do have a sewing machine and I think I can fix it without being to noticeable. Would you like me to show you the bag again after I fix it? I’d offer it to you for a discounted price of course.
