This is still showing as not shipped and I got a message from Poshmark that I can cancel the order, I really want the jacket and was under the impression that it had been shipped. Can you please clarify?

@tyzwyz Hi, I am so sorry for the delayed response, I work in retail and Christmas is a very busy time for me. I dropped the package in the package drop shoot at the post office on December 11. I see it never started tracking, so unfortunately the post office lost the package. Myself and many of my neighbors have been having significant issues with our local post office, and I am very sorry they lost your item. I completely understand your cancelling the order as you never received the item.

I reached out to Poshmark support yesterday to see if they have any process to assist in working with the post office to try to locate the package. If I have any success in recovering the item I will definitely reach out to you. Again my sincerest apologies that your item was lost.
