blueflame325 Hi Ceci, One of the two items (p.band) that I received yesterday is broken (the elastic band). I can get a replacement part (elastic band) for the item (p.band) from the manufacturer. All I need from you please is your original order number for the broken item (p.band). As soon as you give me your original order number, I will provide to the manufacturer. And, manufacturer will send me a replacement part (elastic band). Thank you.

blueflame325 Hi Ceci, the p.band cannot be used without a replacement elastic. I am working with p.volve to get a replacement for the broken elastic. If you bought this item from p.volve, it would be very helpful if you could please give me your order number. If you bought it somewhere other than p.volve, it would be very helpful if you could please let me know where you bought it. Either way, please reply ASAP. Many thanks.

cecigaston @blueflame325 sorry I have not been looking at this app. I was trying to find my order from pvolve (which I did). Maybe we can emailed them and explain the situation and they can accommodate you. Not sure what to do. I am so sorry, when I sent it to you I had not used the o and in months and when I did use it, it was perfectly fine. We can figure something out
